I received my certification in Massage Therapy from Aveda Institute in Minneapolis.

After graduating from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a BA in Sociology, I spent years working administrative roles in a clinical setting. I decided I was ready for a change, which lead to my career in Massage Therapy.

I love educating myself on new techniques. Currently, I have completed continuing education for cupping, kinesiotaping, Ashiatsu/Barefoot Massage, and Craniosacral Therapy. My certification through Aveda Institute had provided the education for working on many populations with various concerns and health conditions. This included training for specialties not limited to relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, Swedish and prenatal massage.
